Hi! I'm Stephanie!
I'm a 34-year-old engineer living in Houston, TX with my husband and four kids: my step-son Blake (18), daughter Carina (8), daughter Mia (5) and son Leo (3). I have a bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, a Master's degree in Space Systems, a Master's degree in Management, and I'm currently working on my PhD in Systems Engineering.
I have been painting since I was very young, and I have always had a great passion for art. It is my escape from the highly technical world of engineering! I think that's why my style has morphed into more abstract, since I like to "let go" when painting and not worry so much about perfectionism. If I'm not at work or with my family, you can likely find me in my little home studio with paint on my hands :)
Artistic Interests
I love painting florals, since flowers make me feel so happy. However I also love painting pet portraits and landscapes, especially landscapes from locations I have traveled to!
I LOVE color!
Naturals make a good background, but I LOVE making super vibrant and colorful works, especially bouquets of flowers.
